100 KB Swings
10 burpees
100 push ups
10 burpees
2min plank
10 burpees
10 TGUs each side*
10 burpees

KB = 25

*Only did 7 TGUs on the L. Hip went out as I was moving. JOINTS TOO LOOSE DAMMIT!!!
